So what is Foil Printing?

Rather than using ink processes, we use a mix of heat and pressure to apply a metallic foil to the item that we are printing.

 

Foils can be in a whole range of colours and we can print on all manner of surfaces: Card, plastic, wood, leather, PVC etc.

 

We currently only print a single colour per side.

 

One key requirement is a printing plate which is created from your design and is then heated to transfer the foil onto the finished product.

 

Artwork and the printing plate are a single one off cost and will last indefinitely.   Only if you decide that you want to change some details will you need a new plate made.
